What Happens Next?

Taking the first step is often the heaviest part of the process, but you don't have to carry it alone. If you're ready to see if we’re a good fit, let’s connect.

Reach out however feels most comfortable to you (contact form, email, text, phone call, or booking a consult call).

I will get back to you by email, text, or phone call (how you reached out to me) within 2 business days, often way sooner.

There is no commitment or obligation with the consultation. It’s our time together to confirm we are the right fit to work on the hard stuff together.

Fees / Investment

I believe in being transparent about the financial side of therapy so you can make the best decision for your circumstances. There are three options available. I take several insurancesOut-of-Network benefits, or there the self-pay option.

Initial Intake

$175

Your first session is a chance for us to talk about what's bringing you to therapy, your background, and what you hope to achieve. Together, we'll create a plan that fits your needs and goals.

Regular Session

$150

In ongoing sessions, we'll identify patterns that contribute to stress, overthinking, and self-doubt while building practical tools to help you move forward with greater confidence.

Out-Of-Network Benefits

If I are not in network with your insurance carrier, I am able to provide you with a superbill if you wish to use out of network benefits to seek reimbursement.

(NOT a guarantee of coverage. The co-pay and number of sessions are estimates based of off similar plans. The actual figures may vary based on their true coverage, which is determined after a claim is successfully processed by insurance.)

Good Faith Estimate

Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

You Have The Right

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of non-emergency services, including mental health services.

Get an Estimate

Request a written Good Faith Estimate from your health care provider at least 1 business day before your medical service. You can also ask any provider for a Good Faith Estimate before scheduling.

You Can Dispute

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
