I offer a free 15-minute consultation to chat about what’s on your mind and how we can start moving toward the clarity you're looking for.

Fees for Stone & Sapling Psychotherapy in Eugene Oregon

Fees:

I believe in being transparent about the financial side of therapy so you can make the best decision for your circumstances.

There are two options available. I take several insurances (listed below). Or there the self-pay option, which allows us to focus entirely on your goals without the constraints often set by insurance companies.

  • Standard Rates

    • 15 minute Consultation: Free

    • Initial Assessment Session: $175 (30 - 50 minutes)

    • Individual Therapy Session: $150 (50 minutes)

How Payment Works Payment is due at the time of your session. For your convenience, I use a secure, automated system called IVY Pay. You can securely store a credit, debit, or HSA/FSA card on file, so we can focus our entire 50 minutes on the work rather than the "checkout" process.

Out-of-Network Reimbursement While I am not in-network with all insurance providers, many PPO plans offer "Out-of-Network" benefits.

    • The Superbill: Upon request, I can provide you with a monthly "Superbill" (a detailed receipt).

    • The Process: You can submit this document to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. I recommend calling the number on the back of your insurance card to ask about your "out-of-network outpatient mental health benefits" before we begin.

Good Faith Estimate Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. I will provide this to you as part of your initial intake paperwork.

  • Insurances Accepted:

    • Regence/BlueCross

    • Aetna

    • Carelon

    • Quest

How Payment Works: Co-payment is due at the time of your session. For your convenience, I use a secure, automated system called IVY Pay. You can securely store a credit, debit, or HSA/FSA card on file, so we can focus our entire 50 minutes on the work rather than the "checkout" process.

If you are unsure of your benefits, I recommend calling the number on the back of your insurance card to ask about your mental health services coverage. I will run your insurance between the consult and initial session to help determine your co-pay.

You can securely store a credit, debit, or HSA/FSA card.

Good Faith Estimate:

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, healthcare providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

You Have The Right

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of non-emergency services, including medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

Get an Estimate

Request a written Good Faith Estimate from your healthcare provider at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask any provider for a Good Faith Estimate before scheduling.

You can Dispute

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
