5. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

  • Payments for services or events are required at the time of registration unless otherwise noted.

  • Refunds: All sales are final. However, services may be transferable at Samantha’s discretion.

  • Digital products (e.g., recorded trainings) are non-refundable.

  • Therapy appointments are subject to cancellation and no-show policies outlined in the informed consent documents provided to clients.
     

6. Third-Party Tools and Links

We use third-party platforms including, but not limited to, SimplePractice, Calendly, and FloDesk for scheduling, communication, and email subscriptions. Your use of these platforms is subject to their own privacy policies and terms of service. Stone & Sapling Psychotherapy is not responsible for how third parties handle your data or service experience.
