Our team
THERAPIST, OWNER
SAMANTHA KEISER, LCSW
Let’s find your footing together.
If you’ve ever felt like you’re "supposed" to have it all together by now but feel anything but, you’re in the right place. I work with young adults who are ready to trade overwhelm for clarity. My approach is rooted in the belief that growth isn't always linear, but it is always possible when you have the right tools and a supportive environment. Let’s work together to find your footing and clarify the path forward.
Beyond the Office
When I’m not in the therapist’s chair, I’m usually focused on staying grounded in my own life. A few things that keep me human:
Moving intentionally: I’m a big believer in the mind-body connection; whether that’s various yard work or a long walk to clear my head.
A good bite: I enjoy having a local bite to eat from anything from a burger and fries to pad see ew and most things in between.
The great outdoors: I find a lot of peace in nature; there’s something about the steadiness of the woods that puts things back into perspective.
SELF-CARE COORDINATOR
ENDER, SHEPARD MIX
If you hear a soft snore or see a tail wag in the background of our session, that’s just Ender. While he doesn't have an LCSW, Ender serves as the official Self-Care Coordinator at Stone & Sapling.
His primary responsibilities include professional napping, demanding walks to enjoy some fresh air during my lunch break, and serving as a constant reminder to stay present. Whether it's a perfectly timed sigh or a reminder to step into a sunbeam, Ender is an expert in the art of keeping things simple; reminding me (and occasionally my clients) that sometimes the best thing you can do for your mental health is to take a very long walk outside.
